Food Coach Academy Terms & Conditions (Monthly & Full Payment Options)
By enrolling in the Food Coach Academy (FCA), you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to both monthly and full payment enrollment options:
1. Payment Options & Commitment
- Monthly Plan: You agree to a 12-month financial commitment of $239/month. This is not a month-to-month subscription—it is a payment plan for the full certification program.
- Full Payment: You may pay the entire program cost upfront (25% discount) for full access and ease of payment.
2. Refund Policy
- All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete or participate in the program.
- In the event of early cancellation (monthly plan), prior payments will not be refunded, and access to course materials and client tools will be revoked.
3. Course Access & Completion Timeline
- You will receive access to one new course module each month in 2026.
- While the program is structured as a 12-month progression, you may complete it at your own pace.
- You have up to three (3) years from your enrollment date to complete the program and earn certification.
4. Use of Client Materials
- Upon enrollment, you receive access to a suite of client-facing tools and resources.
- These materials must retain Food Coach Academy branding.
- Materials may not be altered, resold, or redistributed.
5. License Terms
- Graduates receive a non-exclusive license to use FCA materials in their coaching practice.
- This license is valid only upon full completion of the program and all financial obligations.
6. Program Cancellation (Monthly Plan Only)
- If you wish to cancel before completing the 12-month payment plan, written notice is required.
- Cancellation stops future payments, but previous payments remain non-refundable, and access to course content and client tools will be revoked.
7. Liability & Participant Responsibility
- Â By enrolling, you agree to participate at your own risk.
- Â Food Coach Academy, Dr. Deb Kennedy, and affiliated instructors are not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or incidentsthat may occur while:
- Â Preparing food
- Â Performing cooking activities
- Â Trying new ingredients or techniques
- Â Implementing tools or suggestions from the course
- Â Participants are expected to use sound judgment and take responsibility for their own safety, dietary needs, and physical limitations.
