Food Coach Academy Terms & Conditions (Monthly & Full Payment Options)

By enrolling in the Food Coach Academy (FCA), you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to both monthly and full payment enrollment options:

1. Payment Options & Commitment

  • Monthly Plan: You agree to a 12-month financial commitment of $239/month. This is not a month-to-month subscription—it is a payment plan for the full certification program.
  • Full Payment: You may pay the entire program cost upfront (25% discount) for full access and ease of payment.

2. Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether you complete or participate in the program.
  • In the event of early cancellation (monthly plan), prior payments will not be refunded, and access to course materials and client tools will be revoked.

3. Course Access & Completion Timeline

  • You will receive access to one new course module each month in 2026.
  • While the program is structured as a 12-month progression, you may complete it at your own pace.
  • You have up to three (3) years from your enrollment date to complete the program and earn certification.

4. Use of Client Materials

  • Upon enrollment, you receive access to a suite of client-facing tools and resources.
  • These materials must retain Food Coach Academy branding.
  • Materials may not be altered, resold, or redistributed.

5. License Terms

  • Graduates receive a non-exclusive license to use FCA materials in their coaching practice.
  • This license is valid only upon full completion of the program and all financial obligations.

6. Program Cancellation (Monthly Plan Only)

  • If you wish to cancel before completing the 12-month payment plan, written notice is required.
  • Cancellation stops future payments, but previous payments remain non-refundable, and access to course content and client tools will be revoked.

7. Liability & Participant Responsibility

  •  By enrolling, you agree to participate at your own risk.
  •  Food Coach Academy, Dr. Deb Kennedy, and affiliated instructors are not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or incidentsthat may occur while:
  •  Preparing food
