This focused Food is Medicine (~15 hr) online course introduces key food coaching concepts and culinary strategies that help participants successfully use and enjoy the fruits and vegetables they receive through produce prescription programs.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

 

Hi, I am Dr. Deb Kennedy, I am a PhD nutritionist, chef, author and food warrior with 30 years of experience in supporting people, communities and institutions in culinary medicine. I break down the science so everyone can benefit from the healing power of food...and oh my...how powerful it is. I spent 3 years working with a dozen chefs and over 40 nutritionists from around the world to create The Culinary Medicine Textbook series in order to create culinary competencies for nutrition recommendations. I built it into scientifically based, digestible pieces so that you can pick and choose your own learning experience. Join me in becoming a food warrior – someone who believes that everyone has the right to eat healthy food, deliciously!
