Root & Rise: Initial Assessment + 1:1 Coaching Session

This two-part experience is where your food coaching journey begins. First, you’ll complete a comprehensive intake that looks at the full picture of you—your palate, habits, food story, culinary confidence, typical intake, and more. Then, you’ll meet with Dr. Deb for a private session to review your assessment and create your first empowered step forward.

This isn’t a diet plan or a one-size-fits-all fix. It’s a guided process to reconnect with what truly nourishes you—body, mind, and life.
